Facebook top dog apologizes?

In an interesting turn of events, Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook's CEO), apologized today for the Beacon fiasco.  I think that this was the minimum that needed to be done to try and repair the damage done in the last 30 days.  I personally know people who had benign but private activity/information posted on their Facebook profile without their knowledge or consent.  Very scary! Lets hope that this incident is a lesson learned for Facebook and all who plan to be the "next big thing" on the Web.
